Come join the Mugwort Mob (our group of gardeners)  for our spring cleanup in Jean’s Pollinator Garden.  The best way to work in the garden is alongside a group of volunteers and be treated to a wonderful brunch.  Bring a pair of work gloves and a weeding tool.  We will have some available for those that need.  No experience necessary.  Help us create a beautiful patch of wildflowers that wildlife and visitors can enjoy.

Join Ken Witkowski for a leisurely walk to look and listen for the returning spring migrants and nesting birds.   The area hosts a variety of songbirds including warblers, waterfowl, shorebirds, raptors, and more.  Beginners are welcome.  The walk will start from Owens Station Crossing and head to Liberty Marsh.  It is a level, easy walking trail with a 2-mile section re-surfaced to make it accessible.  Bring binoculars or borrow a pair from the refuge.
